🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional recruiting experience
• Strong focus on technical and digital talent acquisition
• Demonstrated success recruiting within Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
• Experience with AEM, AEP, AJO, Workfront
• Advanced sourcing capabilities with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical roles
