Contracted In-Home Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications
• Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques
• Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning
• Work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to share findings and support process
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

🎁 Benefits

• $120 per Evaluation
• Paid on a monthly basis, within 2 weeks of the previous month's end
• Pay covers travel, evaluation, and documentation
• Additional pay for extended travel (with prior approval)
