• The Contracting Specialist will manage federal contract administration activities, ensuring
• Administer U.S. federal prime contracts, task orders, modifications, and related contractual
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific contracting requirements.
• Support proposal development activities, including pricing analysis, BOEs, cost volumes, and
• Create and maintain WBS and project setups within accounting/ERP systems.
• Track contract deliverables, funding status, periods of performance, and contractual obligations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of experience in U.S. federal contract administration, subcontract management, or related
• Strong understanding of U.S. federal contracting processes, including FAR.
• Experience managing prime contracts, task orders, modifications, and compliance docs.
• Knowledge of pricing, cost analysis, financial reviews, or proposal development.
• Hands-on experience with WBS, project setup, and contract financial tracking.
