📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle from request to shipped, monitored, and in production.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Design to refine goals.
• Operate in AI-native space using agents daily (Claude Code).
• Respond to incidents; triage and prevent production issues.
• Drive delivery with planning, scoping, and clear trade-offs.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, iterative work.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years PHP & MySQL website development.
• Built complex web apps with API integrations.
• Advanced Wordpress development (data modeling/infrastructure).
• Semantic HTML, responsive CSS, modern design patterns.
• REST API integration and relational databases.
• Laravel and AWS experience is a plus.
