📋 Description

• Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, position requirements, priorities, and
• Source and identify qualified contractor and specialized technical talent across Canada, the United
• Build, develop, and maintain an active network of professionals within the SAP and broader
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews through online platforms such as Microsoft
• Write and publish compelling job advertisements across relevant job boards, recruitment platforms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment information within the applicant

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional recruitment experience, ideally within technical, IT, staffing
• Experience recruiting subcontractors or highly specialized technical professionals in a fast-paced
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with international and global talent
• Experience recruiting within an IT environment is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP technologies, particularly SAP, is highly valued; familiarity with JDE or related
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or recruitment management platforms; familiarity with
