Contractor: Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality work on time, using AI tools to accelerate velocity.
• Own feature delivery end-to-end from scoping to release with minimal oversight.
• Build well-tested software using AI-assisted practices where valuable.
• Build and validate AI-integrated features with sound engineering judgment.
• Collaborate with Eng, PM, and Design to refine ambiguous work into deliverables.
• Maintain reliability with observability, quality, and rapid incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building production web apps; strong React/TypeScript frontend and Python/typed backend.
• Track record owning ambiguous problems end-to-end with measurable impact.
• Substantive code review history with architectural issue detection.
• Daily use of AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) with clear POV.
• Comfort debugging across the stack: traces, logs, profiling.
• Strong async communication: PRs, Slack, specs.
