Manage and coordinate service contracts (janitorial, DI water, pest control, fuel, landscaping).
Partner with Purchasing on the RFP/bid process for contracts.
Coordinate vendor schedules to avoid impacting SpaceX operations.
Ensure vendors meet SpaceX, Air Force, and NASA standards within the timeframes.
Interact with tradespeople and building officials to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
Direct repairs of facilities systems including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
FMP, PMP, or similar certification preferred
Degree in architecture, engineering, PM, construction management or related field preferred
Organized and self-driven, able to work independently with little direction
ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible for required authorizations
