Contracts Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as the single point of contact on the contract renewals to ensure timely completion of same
• Collaborate with all key stakeholders (internal & external) and align on steps for contract
• Understand the current contract Terms & Conditions and ensure relevant updates as needed
• Negotiate cost savings and efficiencies with contracts (as applicable)
• Own the contract repository database and evolve ways of working/processes in conjunction with the
• Look for process improvement opportunities and work to implement them

🎯 Requirements

• 3rd level degree in a relevant relation discipline
• Extensive experience in the MS 365 suite
• Experience with vendor contracts and service agreements
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Resolves problems autonomously and/or through a support team
• Able to keep sensitive data confidential
