📋 Description

• Own full contract lifecycle: drafting, review, negotiation, and closing.
• Manage contracts across software, technology, marketing, intragroup, and vendor agreements.
• Oversee corporate governance and regulatory compliance for global subsidiaries.
• Lead group restructurings and strategic legal initiatives.
• Build scalable templates, playbooks, and contract management systems.

🎯 Requirements

• LL.M. and at least 3-5 years of legal experience.
• Proven drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong governance, compliance, and regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to translate dense legalese into actionable business guidance.
• Strong legal risk assessment and pragmatic communication.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
