Set standard contract forms, flow-downs and commercial terms across the fleet
Lead major negotiations alongside procurement and project leadership
Provide functional leadership to the contracts leads embedded in each project team
Build claims avoidance and manage disputes when they arise
Run commercial governance, delegations and approvals across projects

🎯 Requirements

Contracts leadership on data centre or major capital projects
Deep experience of construction contracting models in Europe
A strong record in negotiation and claims management
Experience across multiple jurisdictions and governing to standard
Sound commercial judgement under delivery pressure
The credibility to lead functionally across embedded project teams
