• Manage full contract lifecycle from review to execution and logging.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practise in UK/Europe/US/Canada; 3+ PQE.
• Negotiated pre-M&A contracts (NDAs/NRLs) in financial services.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with funds and asset managers.
• Balance legal risk with business objectives; flag issues early.
• Tech-forward: AI tools like Carta Ava, HighQ, CLM/e-sign.
• Mentor juniors; collaborative leader in a fast-paced environment.
