📋 Description

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing
• Prepare and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Contract Management, or a related discipline, or possess
• Bring at least 10 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a closely
• Demonstrate strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating complex
• Possess the ability to identify contractual risks, inconsistencies, liability exposures, and
• Have proven experience negotiating contract terms with internal stakeholders, suppliers, clients
• Be proficient in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software and Microsoft Office applications
