Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary interface with Contracting Officers and prime teaming partners, building
• Negotiate and support internal understanding of contractual terms and conditions, ensuring
• Work across functional teams to ensure the contract is performed in accordance with contractual and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with focus in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or related
• Minimum 5 years in contracts or legal profession.
• Experience in reviewing, editing, and compliant execution of contract agreements.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of contracts, including pre-award, award, execution, and
• Ability to advise program team of contractual issues/opportunities and impacts of contract terms
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize, and meet deadlines.
