Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts (MSAs, CDAs, licenses)
• Maintain and optimize the CLM platform with AI-assisted drafting
• Pilot AI tools to reduce cycle times with human-in-the-loop oversight
• Use contract data and AI analytics to inform playbooks
• Define and communicate contract risks to stakeholders
• Manage contract workflow and improve processes across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years drafting/negotiating life sciences contracts
• In-house biotech/life sciences experience preferred
• Experience with MSAs, CDAs, software licenses, data agreements
• Interest in AI-enabled legal tech and CLM automation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action
• Strong communication, organization, and deadline management
