Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Support our Sales team as they develop and complete sales contracts
• Provide expertise in contract drafting, review, and interpretation, ensuring agreements meet
• Prepare standardized sales agreements and coordinate approvals within our internal teams
• Own timely execution of commercial agreements while maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for contract-related issues
• Manage contract renewals and amendments, ensuring timely and accurate processing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Preferred field of study: business administration, law, or health care administration
• 2+ years of progressive contract management experience
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms or other contract automation tools
• Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and management
• Understanding of contract law and its application in a regulated environment
