Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including pre-award, award, execution, and closeout activities.
• Review, edit, negotiate, and support the compliant execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming
• Interpret contractual terms and conditions, identify potential risks, and help secure favorable
• Advise program teams on contractual issues, opportunities, impacts, and flow-down requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Contracting Officers and prime teaming partners
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract performance aligns with legal requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in contracts management or the legal profession.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, editing, negotiating, and executing contractual agreements in
• Proven ability to manage contracts throughout their entire lifecycle, from pre-award through
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements and their practical application.
