Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including customer and supplier
• Develop and negotiate tailored agreements to address unique business needs and specific transactions
• Ensure contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
• Develop and deliver contracts trainings on a regular basis
• Conduct regulatory and business-related research and review various agreements and documents
• Act as escalation point for Paralegals with contract questions or issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a contracts professional with ability to independently review, negotiate
• NCMA membership
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, and legal reasoning skills
