Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Review, negotiate, draft, and manage a high volume of commercial agreements, including
• Serve as the primary triage point for incoming legal support requests, resolving standard requests
• Own the contract workflow end-to-end, including intake, e-signature, execution, filing, and
• Manage and build upon Legal's technology platform, including contract lifecycle management
• Develop and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tooling to increase contract
• Create and manage contract templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and self-service workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (J.D. preferred), or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of contract management experience, preferably in a hardware, technology, medical device
• Proficiency with contract management systems
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with common commercial contract terms and legal principles
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high volume of contracts from intake through
