Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Efficiently manage and process a high volume of contracts from initial intake through execution and
• Support the Sales Cycle: Demonstrate flexibility required to service a demanding sales organization
• Collaborate daily with quote-to-cash teams (Deal Strategy, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Sales
• Review requests for signatures against policy requirements and assist in reviewing and drafting
• Contribute to team documentation, playbooks, templates, and knowledge management to drive process
• Maintain timely communication regarding the status of requests, tickets, and tasks, promptly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of contract management experience in SaaS, AI or other high-growth and fast-paced
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and automated CLM tools (such as
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate contract
