Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end review for NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and procurement agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and other stakeholders to enable deal velocity.
• Administer CLM platform: configuration, workflow design, user management, and optimization.
• Build and improve automated contract workflows and intake processes.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and playbooks; scale operations.
• Create training materials, guidelines, and FAQs to aid cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of experience in contract management for commercial transactions, ideally SaaS/tech
• Experience with procurement agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and other SaaS/technical agreements
• Hands-on experience with contract management systems (Ironclad, Zip, Docusign)
• Experience with AI-powered contract tools
• Experience implementing CLM systems and other legal operations tools
