Contracts Manager, APAC

📋 Description

• Draft, analyze, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions, incl. IP licensing.
• Propose and develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency.
• Collaborate with business units and legal to streamline contract management and reduce risk.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Business Operations, Research, and Procurement to deliver solutions.
• Partner with in-region counsel and lead counsel on day-to-day triage of regional matters across teams.
• Drive regional rollout of process improvements and local enablement sessions aligned with global programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Substantive knowledge of software/SaaS, reseller, services, and partner contracts.
• Ability to independently draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.
• Experience managing full contract lifecycle for tech transactions and partnerships.
• 8+ years in contract management, with 5+ years in tech transactions.
• Experience with contract lifecycle platforms (e.g., Ironclad) for drafting/workflow.
• Strong autonomy and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.
