Build claims avoidance and manage disputes when they arise
Run commercial governance, delegations and approvals across projects

🎯 Requirements

Contracts leadership on data centre or major capital projects
Deep experience in construction contracting models and international standards
Strong negotiation and claims management on complex builds
Experience across multiple jurisdictions and standard governance
Commercial judgement under delivery pressure
Ability to lead functionally across embedded project teams
