🎯 Requirements

Substantive knowledge of SaaS, reseller, services, and partnerships contracts.
Independently draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.
Manage full lifecycle for technology transactions and partnerships.
8+ years in contract management; 5+ years in tech.
Global/distributed team experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration.
