📋 Description

• Support the review, negotiation, and processing of contracts and agreements using approved
• Analyze contract terms to identify issues, deviations, risks, and required approvals in accordance
• Draft, revise, and manage contract language and redlines within defined negotiation parameters
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and support
• Coordinate contract workflows, approvals, execution steps, and document routing to support timely
• Monitor contract milestones, timelines, and obligations and provide status updates using defined
