📋 Description

• Lead U.S. pricing and contracting recommendations across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Develop account and portfolio economic models, bid scenarios, negotiation scenarios, access-price
• Partner with Coverage, Market Access, Contract Development, and Contracting and Pricing Execution
• Lead the Obesity latest estimate discount rate (LEDR) process and maintain integrated gross-to-net
• Reconcile assumptions across rebates, fees, affordability programs, trade, government programs, and
• Explain actual-to-plan variances and changes in forward assumptions and clearly document

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 3 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus 5 years, bachelor’s
• Substantial experience in U.S. pharmaceutical pricing, payer or PBM contracting, GTN forecasting
• Experience in high-volume chronic or cardiometabolic markets is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ownership of an enterprise forecast or economic model integrating assumptions from
• Understanding of reimbursed, cash, employer, affordability, trade, and government payment flows and
• Ability to manage eligible-life and membership cohorts, channel migration, transaction economics
