Contracts Principal

📋 Description

• Prepare, negotiate, review, accept, and administer government contracts, subcontracts, and related
• Ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment comply with applicable laws and regulations, company
• Analyze estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, along with performance requirements
• Review contractual documents, terms, and conditions to verify compliance with company policies
• Advise management and program leadership on contractual rights and obligations, risk exposure
• Interpret contract requirements and provide guidance on contract administration, performance

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, meeting one of the following education and experience combinations
• Extensive experience in government contracting, contract negotiation, contract administration
• Experience preparing, negotiating, accepting, and managing government contracts and subcontracts to
• Experience analyzing estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, as well as performance
• Experience reviewing contractual documents for adherence to company policies, Government
