Draft, review and negotiate customer, subcontractor, and vendor agreements.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to meet goals while mitigating risk.
Support engineering, procurement and construction agreements, MSAs, and NDAs.
Administer the contract lifecycle management program and related systems.
Lead preparation of complete bid packages and ensure commercial compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, construction management, or engineering.
Experience with contract review and negotiations required.
5+ years’ experience with project contracts, bids, or execution.
Experience with contract lifecycle management programs a plus.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication and organizational skills.
