📋 Description

• Drive high-quality implementation and adoption of global Grow & Contribute processes by
• Act as the local subject-matter partner for Grow & Contribute, enabling leaders, HR Business
• Act as a bridge between global design and local reality, representing local needs and constraints
• Facilitate, curate, and implement relevant learning programs, supporting local adaptations and
• Align performance development and learning processes with goals and organizational objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant university degree (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar).
• Experience implementing and enabling people processes in complex, multistakeholder environments
• Ability to translate global frameworks into practical, locally workable solutions while maintaining
• Proven capability to partner with leaders and HR stakeholders to build capability, influence
• Data-informed and improvement-oriented mindset, with the ability to use insights to strengthen
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, with confidence to operate
