🎯 Requirements

Academic background in HR, Business Admin, Psychology
Experience with performance management or talent processes
Strong understanding of feedback, performance and career needs
Experience coordinating global/regional HR initiatives
Ability to translate frameworks into practical tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management
