Control Officer

📋 Description

• Execute the permanent control plan (about 40 controls/year) across all four licenses.
• Design each test and run it: population, sampling, test steps, evidence.
• Write findings and recommendations based on evidence; review with teams.
• Improve the control plan: update regulatory references, raise quality, run spot controls.
• Follow every recommendation until it is closed: re-test, escalate overdue.
• Automate as much as possible with data and AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in permanent control, regulatory consulting or inspection in financial services; executed
• Working papers have been through a regulator inspection or periodic control (internal audit).
• Tested controls in at least two types of licensed institution (crypto-asset service provider
• Test with data and AI tools; already automated parts of control work (must).
• Base findings on evidence and take business remarks into account.
• Plan and deliver independently following control plan and risk map.
