Control Testing Analyst (Senior)

📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and document control testing across operational/tech risk domains.
• Assess high-risk areas including onboarding, AML, payments, and data protection.
• Identify control gaps and process failures via walkthroughs and evidence review.
• Produce clear, well-evidenced test workpapers meeting internal quality standards.
• Track issues through to closure and perform follow-up testing to confirm remediation.
• Build risk awareness and collaborate with first-line teams to embed control culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in control testing, operational risk, tech risk, or internal audit.
• Proven ability to execute tests of controls from planning to final report.
• Experience partnering with first-line teams in a second-line capacity.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits and examinations.
• Knowledge of COSO and ISO 31000 risk frameworks.
• Comfortable using GRC tools, Excel, and reporting platforms.
