Control Tower Associate

📋 Description

• Collaborate with merchants and internal teams to deliver operational support.
• Help merchants create Warehouse Receiving Orders and review shipment docs.
• Investigate and resolve unidentified receiving orders on behalf of merchants.
• Create and manage inventory transfers, B2B/FBA orders and work orders.
• Schedule dock appointments and generate bills of lading, shipping and pallet labels.
• Prepare merchant reports using Retool and Power BI; escalate urgent issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in account management, sales, customer success or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work overnight shift 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST.
