🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Audit or Business School
• At least 5 years experience in controlling or financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
• Strong analytical and rigorous organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
• Fluent English for international integration context
