📋 Description

• Own the monthly and annual close with best-in-class timeline
• Prepare GAAP-compliant statements for board/investor reporting
• Manage intercompany transactions and multi-entity consolidation US/UK/Canada
• Own revenue recognition for hardware and software with recurring revenue
• Manage hardware COGS, inventory, BOM costing, and depreciation schedules
• Build automated workflows to streamline close, reconciliations, reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, incl 2+ years at a venture-backed startup
• Experience as the sole or primary finance person at a company of 30–150 employees
• Strong technical accounting skills: ASC 606, inventory, multi-entity consolidation
• International accounting experience (US + at least one non-US jurisdiction)
• Ability to independently produce investor-grade financial statements and board packages
• CPA certification
