📋 Description

• Lead close processes for multifamily properties and entities
• Sign off GAAP property-level financial statements
• Manage 40+ monthly financial packages by deadlines
• Oversee reconciliations: bank accounts, deposits, taxes, intercompany
• Oversee A/P, A/R, cash management, and treasury processes
• Mentor remote/offshore accounting staff and scale operations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of accounting experience within real estate accounting
• Strong multifamily property accounting experience
• CPA designation preferred
• Experience managing large portfolios across multiple entities/assets
• Experience managing remote/offshore accounting teams
• Advanced proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel
