📋 Description

• Oversee GL, cost accounting, revenue recognition, AP/AR, fixed assets, month-end close.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements per US GAAP.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and planning insights.
• Collaborate with ops, supply chain, PM, and partners to improve margins.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ years in accounting/finance; multi-site or manufacturing with international exp.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and internal control frameworks.
• Experience in fast-growing tech-enabled or supply chain orgs desirable.
• Excel, financial modeling; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik); ERP; UKG a plus.
• Collaborate across departments, influence decisions, and lead teams.
