Controller (12 Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, intercompany).
• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA designation with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience with Sage Intacct.
• Multi-entity environment with intercompany transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
