📋 Description

• Own the finance and accounting function end-to-end
• Prepare financial statements and support audits
• Supervise accounting personnel and scalable processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, tax coordination, and reporting
• Identify data anomalies and enforce controls
• HR/PEO admin liaison for payroll, onboarding/offboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years professional accounting experience
• GAAP compliance and multi-entity consolidation
• Experience leading or supporting audits and tax matters
• Strong accounting operations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
• Excellent communication, hands-on, strategic yet tactical
