📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close on time
• Lead first audit; manage auditors and tax advisors
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and equity administration
• Build and maintain internal controls; ensure compliance
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Drive improvements to financial systems and processes as we scale

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years accounting and finance experience, 2+ in Controller
• CPA required
• GAAP and financial reporting standards knowledge
• Experience in high-growth SaaS/tech companies
• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems
• Track record of building/improving close processes and internal controls
