📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team with clear accountability
• Own monthly, quarterly, annual close and consolidation processes
• Lead US GAAP consolidated financial statements and exec reporting
• Manage external audits, coordinating timing and deliverables
• Develop internal control policies for US GAAP/IFRS
• Partner with leadership on KPIs, trends, and management reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leading large teams in medium to large orgs
• US GAAP expert; consolidations of intl entities
• ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• CPA required (active or inactive)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• Visa/work authorization in the US; no sponsorship
