📋 Description

• Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, investor servicing, and compliance across investment vehicles.
• Collaborate with fund admins, custodians, LPs, auditors, tax advisors, and teams.
• Prepare and review quarterly NAV packages and reconcile statements.
• Manage monthly/quarterly expense accruals, budgeting, and variance analyses.
• Oversee investor reporting including capital activity and performance metrics.
• Assist with annual audits, regulatory filings, and onboarding of investors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in accounting, auditing, fund accounting, or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, investment accounting, and performance reporting.
• Experience preparing and validating complex performance calculations.
• Advanced financial modeling and spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
