📋 Description

• Lead accounting operations and coach a 1-3 person accounting team.
• Drive a fast, reliable month-end close with AI-driven automation.
• Modernize AP, AR, and expense workflows with AI-enabled automation.
• Deliver financial reporting and insights to leadership to inform decisions.
• Own revenue recognition (ASC 606) and technical accounting.
• Lead audit readiness and manage the audit process end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• BS in Accounting; CPA preferred (MBA a plus).
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, financial reporting.
• Experience owning or leading a full audit.
• Proven track record using AI and automation to drive efficiency.
• Experience selecting, implementing, and managing accounting systems.
• Strong people leadership and ability to mentor accountants.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to translate numbers.
