Controller

📋 Description

• Own accounting close processes across monthly, quarterly, annual cycles
• Manage policies on revenue recognition, inventory, COGS, deferred revenue
• Lead accounting team and scale for growth
• Oversee audit relationship and deliverables
• Partner with FP&A for actuals, variance analysis, board reporting
• Oversee AP/AR, payroll accounting, cash controls

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in accounting; 3–5 yrs in Controller role
• Proven at companies with inventory and subscription revenue
• GAAP savvy; strong revenue/inventory/cost accounting
• Built scalable accounting infra for growth
• NetSuite expertise; 3PL, Shopify, subscription billing familiarity
• CPA preferred; audit management experience
