📋 Description

• Embed FP&A with ESS supply chain; deliver financial insights.
• Develop and analyze KPIs (cost per unit, labor, throughput).
• Build dashboards linking plant performance to P&L.
• Analyze production costs, materials, and capacity to find savings.
• Partner on make-vs-buy decisions, vendor costs, and freight optimization.
• Support monthly reviews with financial commentary and variance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in accounting/finance; 5+ in manufacturing controllership.
• Cost accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing variances.
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Advanced Excel (SUMIFS, dynamic arrays, pivots); ERP experience; BI a plus.

🎁 Benefits
