Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee accounting ops: GL, cost, revenue recognition, AP/AR, fixed assets, month-end close
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements per US GAAP
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Support FP&A with budgeting and forecasting; provide strategic insights
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and external partners to improve margins
• Manage annual audits; primary liaison with external auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
• 8–12+ years accounting/finance; 3–4 yrs public; multi-site/manufacturing with intl exposure
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Experience in fast-growing tech-enabled supply chain org desirable
• Excel and financial modeling; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); ERP systems; UKG a plus
• Ability to collaborate across departments, influence decisions, and lead teams
