Maintain strong financial controls for GAAP compliance
Own monthly reporting with variance analysis for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Primary contact for internal and external audit activities
Partner with Global Finance and cross-functional teams on forecasting and planning

🎯 Requirements

CPA required
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
8+ years in accounting/controllership
GAAP financial reporting experience
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
Bonus: Audit experience; SAP; tax knowledge
