📋 Description

• Lead the accounting function and ensure a complete, accurate and timely monthly close across the
• Oversee the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, close checklists
• Prepare, review and explain monthly financial statements, including the balance sheet, income
• Partner with FP&A on actuals, reporting definitions, budget and forecast inputs and
• Lead the relationship with external auditors and coordinate audit schedules, PBC requests, issue
• Coordinate with tax advisers and internal stakeholders to provide complete, timely accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls; SOX-aligned environments a plus.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption of new process and technology solutions.
• Expert within Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Power BI, Tableau, workflow/process automation
• Experience with multi-entity and/or multi-currency accounting and consolidations across multiple
