Lead end-to-end accounting function for Alchemy
Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, consolidations, and multi-entity/multi-currency operations
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Ensure US GAAP compliance and regulatory requirements
Architect scalable accounting infrastructure with NetSuite, Orb, Zip, Ramp
Develop policies, controls, and risk management practices

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in progressive accounting roles with - Controller/Head of Accounting leadership
Public accounting plus in-house operating experience at a high-growth tech company
Strong ownership of GL, AP, AR, consolidations, reporting, and close
Deep US GAAP technical accounting knowledge
Experience building scalable systems, processes, policies, and internal controls
Audit-readiness and ability to prepare for future audits
