📋 Description

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure financial statements are prepared
• Manage accounting across multiple entities, including consolidation, foreign currency accounting
• Own revenue recognition processes, including compliance with ASC 606.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable and establish practical financial controls and
• Coordinate tax compliance, audit preparation, and related activities with external accounting and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including ownership of financial close
• CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including practical experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Demonstrated experience operating independently within a lean finance organization or acting as the
• Proven ability to build finance processes and controls while remaining comfortable executing
• Strong experience owning budgets, cash forecasts, financial models, and variance analysis.
