Controller

📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close process on time and accurately
• Lead our first audit and manage relationships with auditors and tax advisors
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and equity administration
• Build and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Drive improvements to our financial systems and processes as we scale

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, with 2+ years in a Controller role
• CPA required
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies — understand scaling for finance
• Strong working knowledge of accounting systems
• Track record of building or improving close processes and internal controls
